CONNECT // Family Meeting August 25!
If you consider Revolution your church home, please make plans to join our staff at Germantown Elementary on the evening of August 25. We will be having a "Family Meeting" to talk in more detail about our recent move to Germantown, our continued passion to be a "church for people who don't like 'church,'" and the next steps in our vision to be a church making a radical difference in the lives of the people of our city!
ACT // Blood Drive September 10
On September 10, the AAMC BloodMobile will be visiting Revolution! Please make sure to arrive a bit early (or plan to stay a bit late) in order to donate blood. There are few things we can do as a church that make a BIGGER difference in the lives of ordinary folks in Annapolis than contributing to the AAMC Blood Drive, so let's work together to have an amazing impact on our city!
ACT // Walk and 5k Run for Life - September 16
Revolution's own James Anderson is leading a team for the September 16 Walk and Run for Life event! Funds generated by this event go directly to agencies providing tangible resources for women facing unexpected pregnancies in the Annapolis community. CONNECT // Summer Adventures Group!
This summer, we want to encourage our church community to spend real time together! So, we have created a "Summer Adventures Group," which will function a bit like a message board: when you join, you will be able to both SHARE fun things you are going to do with the other members of the Group (like a cookout, a trip to the beach or zoo, or even just some lounge-time by a pool) and RECEIVE info about fun events other folks in our community are organizing. NEW GROUPS ARE COMING! During the week of September 11, we will be launching a full slate of Connection, Workshop, and Local Groups, and we can't wait for you to get plugged in!
