CELEBRATE // BLOOD DRIVE & PICNIC!

Last week, Revolution hosted our quarterly Bloodmobile Blood Drive in partnership with Anne Arundel Medical Center. We ended up with 12 successful donations! This is an immediate and important way for us to support our city, and we want to say THANK YOU to the folks who took time to donate! We also held our first annual Summer Kick-Off Picnic last Saturday, and it was a big success! The weather held out, and we had plenty of fun hanging out, enjoying the scenery, playing games, and just getting to know one another better. A huge THANK YOU goes out to Bailey Nilsen for organizing the event! Please take a moment and let her know you appreciated her effort this week! You can email her at baileynilsen@gmail.com!

ACT // DONATE ITEMS FOR THE REV HIGH MISSION TRIP YARD SALE

This summer, our high school students are heading to Texas to assist in hurricane relief! In order to raise funds for this trip, they are holding a yard sale on Saturday, June 16. You can help out by donating items this this week for the sale. Please contact Ashley (ashley@revolutionannapolis.com) to coordinate your donation! The yard sale will be held at 491 Greenwood St Odenton, MD 21113 on Saturday morning!

ACT // SERVE WITH THE ANNAPOLIS ARTS MENTORSHIP ACADEMY SUMMER PROGRAM

The Arts Mentorship Academy is looking for half-day, full-day, and full-week help during the week of June 18-22! The Arts Mentorship Academy provides an opportunity for young people ages 7 to 17 to be exposed to diverse art forms and receive individual attention and mentoring through programs and workshops offered by master teachers and artists. In addition to the arts program, the children are provided a healthy breakfast, snack and lunch each day. That's where you come in! The director of this program has reached out to us for help finding:

Floaters: individuals that can be onsite to help with small tasks, such as notifying classes that it is time to switch rooms, helping set out prepared foods for snacks or meals, etc. Occasionally there may be a need to send a floater to the store to get an item that we forgot or need.

Drivers: people who can pick-up meals Monday from Chick-fil-A and Tuesday from Galway Bay (10am-noon).

Meal Preppers: a group that can provide 80 prepared bagged meals for the children/staff on Thursday, June 21. The meal would need to be delivered to Maryland Hall by 11am or ready for pick-up by 10am. If you can help, please contact Steve Poole (poolehall@gmail.com).

ACT // SUPPORTING THE FOUNDRY

Be a part of encouraging and supporting our "daughter" church, The Foundry, as they prepare to move in to a new space in July! This move is a huge answer to prayer for them, and we have the chance to continue to support their good work in a few awesome ways: 1) WE WILL BE JOINING THEM FOR THEIR LAUNCH SERVICE ON JULY 1! This means we WILL NOT BE MEETING AT GERMANTOWN on that day. Please stay tuned for more information about how this visit! 2) We can support them by giving to their renovation project here. For questions (or to help them with renovations!), contact lead pastor Scott Ancarrow at scott@foundrybaltimore.com
