So why did we call a church Revolution and why don’t we put “church” in the title of our CHURCH?

We chose to name our church Revolution because we believe the greatest revolutionary in all of human history is Jesus of Nazareth.  Who Jesus is can get distorted by his followers from time to time, but we believe that the revolution he started is the best revolution on the face of the planet. We believe that Jesus is the ultimate example of God’s love for every human being. We also believe that he showed us how to live the best possible life.

So, why isn’t “church” a part of our name? Two reasons. The word church has become so convoluted over the years that when most people hear the word they have an automatic response… here lets try it “CHURCH” how do you feel? Positive? Negative? Basically we just wanted to take that feeling out of the equation and allow people to make a decision about us based on what we do. In other words, watch us, serve with us, and see that we live what we believe. Jesus said that the world would know that we are his followers by our love. We want to demonstrate the love of God for people every day! And secondly, we believe that the church Jesus started should be, and in fact is a revolution! So in a way, Revolution is a better title for what we are.
