OUR CORE VALUES:

Creating Community – Revolution is all about relationships. As humans we were created and designed for community. It doesn’t matter who you are, what you drive, or even what you believe – we want you to get connected in community. We do our best to create environments that are safe and inviting to everyone and to be friendly and hospitable.

Demonstrating Grace – Jesus is the ultimate example of grace. When you experience his grace in your life it is contagious. Revolution is a community where we want grace to abound. It flows out of who we are to our neighborhoods, to our city, and to the world. We demonstrate grace by being active in our communities – socially, economically, recreationally, and spiritually. We want to be a community that is known for the grace that we experience and give away.

Unleashing Potential – We believe that every person is created in the image of God therefore, we believe that every single person has something to offer. We believe in calling out the potential we see in every person. We do this by encouraging people to discover and use their talents, skills, and gifts in every arena of life.

OUR CORE PROCESS:

Our core process is intentionally simple, and is designed to show you how to get connected and grow. It revolves around four unique steps or environments. These steps / environments are what we consider to be essential to relationship with God.

Explore – We believe getting to know God and developing a relationship with Him is essential. So we ask people to explore God and faith. Environmentally you can do this on Sunday mornings at Sunday Revolution. Personally you can also take the step of reading scripture and praying on a regular basis to get to know God better.

Connect - We value community. This comes from the belief that relationship with God is not just a one person thing. So we practice community as a step to growing closer to God and others. Environmentally this happens during the week by getting connected to one of our Local Revolutions.

Act - We believe that God has loved us so extremely that we can’t help but pay it forward. Environmentally this happens through the many different ways Revolution Serves the community. We believe in taking action in our communities as a church and as Local Revolutions.

Invest - We value leadership and investing in future leaders to become Revolution Leaders. We will always challenge people to find their place of leadership and service. As a step, this happens by getting involved in one of our service opportunities, a sunday morning team, or a Local Revolution. Beginning as a member of a team and then becoming an apprentice, then a leader, then a coach, and possibly ending with you coming on staff or going and starting a new church!
